We couldn’t visit the cathedral as it was closed all day. So a couple of pictures of the outside.

The tram runs right in front of the cathedral
This church is next door to the cathedral

The former Royal Tobacco Factory (as in “Carmen”) now part of the university.

The Plaza de España was built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929. We always spend a lot of time wandering around these wonderful buildings.

We are in Seville overnight. Plans for tomorrow depend on the weather. The forecast is not too good. Apparently there has been no rain for six months so the local people might be pleased even if we are are disappointed.
